Tuition/Refund Policy
   
 



  • $2,200.00 - Includes CPT, ICD-9 and HCPC coding manuals, textbook  & workbook, AAPC Student Membership (once the course is completed).
  • $2,500.00 if registering after the enrollment deadline. 
  • $350.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE after the first day of class) Registration fee
  • Payable by check, money order or credit card

*********$25 return check fee for all checks returned for insufficient funds*********

Payment made by credit card include an additional $10 credit card processing fee.



Payment arrangements MUST be made at the time of registration. CONTACT YOUR EMPLOYER ABOUT TUITION REIMBURSEMENT. You may also contact your bank or credit union regarding student loans.


Certificate of completion will not be issue until final payment is received.


You have the right to cancel your registration within 3 business days after registering for a 100% refund. Your request must be via U.S. mail or email.  Afterwards, a $350.00 administration fee will be withheld for withdrawal ONE WEEK prior to the first day of class. Books and membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

75% refund during withdrawal in the first week.

50% refund during withdrawal in the second week.

0% refund after the second week. (Balance paid can be (at the discretion of MBCPC, LLC) be applied to future enrollment.

Medical Billing and Coding Preparation Center, LLC does not guarantee you will become certified in billing or coding. Your success in our course depends on your willingness to commit to learning, studying and applying the knowledge needed to successfully pass the certification exams. We do not guarantee or provide employment or job placement. Tuition fees are subject to change without notice. Please contact the MBCPC, LLC for further tuition information.
